James Youngson converted our internal garage into a cinema room for us! He organised and project managed the whole job with detail and more importantly to me with honesty and integrity. He was priced very well and came in exactly on proposed budget even though I suspected he may have had increased costs his end. Couldn’t recommend him and his team highly enough. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I employed this gardener because of earlier reviews. I wanted borders dug ready for planting; old turf removed and new turf laid. All of the work done was extremely poor - especially the turfing. The turf was not done properly - I complained as it was being laid and told that they knew what they were doing. I have had 12 weeks of stress before finally coming to an agreement. My initial review was removed. I hope this one isn't so that other people are warned before employing him to do similar work.

We are very happy with hiring Seamus. He has done a skillful job renovating our utility room which needed a new floor, steps removed, a door and lintel raised plus an archway remodelled and plastered. Lovely man and a reasonable price for such a tricky project. He also left the area clean every night and helped out with smaller jobs around the house. Thanks Seamus!
