Arthur is very skilled at floor laying. He completed the job for me in two days' time. The new floor integrated with the existing floor in the hallway seamlessly. The skirting board were undisturbed during the job, thus minimising damage to the wall and other existing structure. Arthur always picks up my text messages swiftly. Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. These guys worked hard to complete a job that required a great deal of physical effort since there was no access for machinery for digging or earth moving. Cleaning up at the end of the work could have been better. Although the finished work looked very good we are still waiting for George to replace the paving slabs that he said he would replace which were broken in their haste to leave on completion of the job - Nothing but excuses so far, hence the average rating.
