Hi everyone . My name is Sirghie Ghiata , I'm 36 years old, working in construction from very young child ,more than 15 years in big sites , I was working in a large area developing professional skills and a vast experience in buildings with height performances. I'm able to do different jobs like carpentry: second fix:kitchens install, doors, windows , laminate flooring , wooden flooring, skirting, etc...first fix, roof ,floor extensions,wall partitions, fences, terraces, decking etc... Fixer plasterboard , walls, ceilings, partitions, insulation lofts... Also, I have a few friends ready any time to cooperate with me to do the work for achieve the best results and height quality jobs. Together we doing the jobs like houses refurbishment , plastering, painting, bathrooms, bedrooms, loft boarding and partitions, loft leaders install, extensions and conservatories , brick walls, garden sheets, home maintenance ,upvc windows glass replacements and many more. I,m looking to do reliable jobs, to inform my clients about all the situations and methods to get the quality results in the end of work, I have a vast experience and I'm happy to give any advice. I know very well , the places where I'm working is important places for my clients, can be houses, offices, study places however the cleaning and tidy is one of our priority, keeping everything clean and protect around at any time when we doing any work action. After waiting two years for the bloke to rectify my loose slabs I wouldn’t recommend this bloke to anybody . They became loose after nine months and after lots of promises to come back and do the job properly failed to do so.

David removed a chimney stack and supported with gallow brackets in the loft. He was always on time, tidied up after himself and communicated during the process. The job was signed off by the council who David liaised with to ensure the work was carried out as required. Won't hesitate to use David again for future work.

I hired Luke to lay a patio using Indian Sandstone which was not a simple job by any means. I had started the job myself but had serious problems and so I gave up. Luke responded quickly to my post and could start the job within a few days. Initially, I was wary because he did not have many reviews on here but I'm pleased to say he did a fantastic job. He was neat and tidy, always on time, he worked hard and was keen to get the job done properly (rather than quickly). I would definitely recommend Luke
