We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

John Makkar and his incredible team have made the experience of renovating our whole 5 bedroomed house an absolute pleasure ! Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. Trustworthy, professional and clean. Would absolutely recommend Arek and his team. We'll certainly be asking him back when we have the garden to do. 5*

The guy's did an excellent job refurbishing my house. From the new bathroom, Kitchen, painting, plastering etc.... No job was out of there reach, i wouldn't hesitate to use them on my next project.

I am very impressed by the work that has been performed by Adam and Daniel over the last couple of months. From the beginning, with outside work and the inside, with building an extension containing a shower room, they have been excellent in everything they have turned their hands to. The element of professionalism with their work was apparent the whole way through....as was the minute attention to detail. They were kind and thoughtful throughout, making sure that everything was always left very tidy

Very happy with Jonathan. Too often, we have experienced overpriced and delayed services. Jonathan provided the most competitive price for two days work, however he completed a grand job in half the time and only charged us for the one day. Kevin was very prompt in the follow up to the enquiry, quote and following up with a referral. He did a very good job of erecting steels for the repositioning of an internal wall, rebuild of new wall. he was on time and job went without any issues. Will use Kevin again for sure...

Barry arrived at the arranged time, offered me advice on the most efficient way to fix the broken fencing in my garden, offered a quote and agreed a date and time to do the work. He demonstrated care towards my property, worked hard and completed the work, cleaned up and removed the rubbish as promised.

Job cost more than my budget but he made suggestions to keep cost down. He also fed into decision on what I wanted done to help me avoid bad decisions that would have resulted in a flooding issue in my back garden whenever it rained. Mark was very knowledgeable.
