It's that time of year.roofing guttering and repair. I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both. Please see pics for examples of some of my work. I will take on work ranging from small maintenance jobs up to extensions and house builds and anything in between. Brick/stone walls, rendering, fencing, patios, garage conversions, roof repairs to name a few. I would say the work carried out was good for the budget at hand. Very clean, tidy and fast workers. Had a minor breakdown in communication for the scope so please ensure you define the scope clearly. Friendly and cooperative. The work carried out was fit for purpose and completed within budget.

Ben and Jonnie are great lads, who conduct themselves professionally, and are very knowledgeable about their trade. Their estimate for materials was spot on, their communication leading up to the job was helpful, and most importantly the finish on the bricklaying is superb. They work quickly but precisely, it was a pleasure to work with such enthusiastic professionals. I would like these guys to work for me again on my next project.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.
