Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

We would absolutely ask Marcus to come and help us out with our garden at any time. It was a complete wreck having had tenants in for a few years. In just a matter of four or five hours it have totally been transformed and we are delighted.

Jerry completed the job in a flexible manner to a standard high enough that we then gave him many more jobs! - He was courteous throughout and very clear on both his recommendation for materials and his quotation. All jobs completed at the quotation price.

James replied relatively swiftly. After assessing the job, James was able to start at a mutually convenient date. We were concerned that we'd have a potential issue in matching our mortar colour-shade but James put our minds at rest and surpassed our expectations. We've since called him back to do another job for us, which he did exceptionally well too. We'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him. I had them replace a 3 panel fence and install a new 2 panel fence. They were quick to attend, and quick to provide a quote, which was by close of play that day. Got some good advice on my requirements and seemed happy to discuss options and different ways of achieving the same end. Was able to be on site within 2 days and most importantly, turned up on time. No messing around, we agreed 8am and they were here at that time. They were swift and efficient. I recommend.

Excellent work completed by Pin construction, communication was excellent throughout the paving and pergola work carried out. I have a wonderful garden thanks to Emile and his team. Everything was completed to a very high standard. Would highly recommend Pun Construction.

We struggled to find a reliable tradesperson, receiving quotes ranging from unreasonably low to excessively high. Simon, was exceptional. He visited our garden, assessed its condition, and gave a fair and reasonable quote. Work started on schedule, and Simon's team brought tools the day before. The work completely was of a very high standard with immaculate attention to details. Jerry was punctual from the survey stage to the end of the work. He sorted little snags with the wall, separated the work area with a plastic sheet so the dust was minimised. After each day, my home was left clean and the job was progressing well. The end result looks great and no issues so far. I would recommend them 100%

Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Absolutely amazing tradesmen with very competitive pricing. transformed my 50m2 Driveway by tilling and installing aco floor drainage, great attention to detail and great finished product. Very highly recommended and definitely will have them returning for more work.
