I am new to Rated People, however I have 7 years experience in the building trade,
I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. We hired Ionut to lay some decking and build two planters and some bench seating as well as landscape the garden and laying a new lawn. Ionut and his team did an exceptional job - the work is very neat and professional and we ended up with a great finish. They were polite, respectful and worked very hard. Construction & Renovation
Kris was contracted to renovate my 4 bed home: chimney breast removal, structural engineering work to open up the living area and open plan kitchen, replastering walls including tearing down dated artex ceiling. Even out the floor of an old home with uneven planes and complete tiling and wood flooring, completely renovated two bathrooms and installing a utility room and a boiler, including a lot of plumbing work! He completed the job to a very high standard and is very reliable! On time & on budget!
