Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. Hi my name is Chris , here is a little insight into myself and what I do. Firstly I would like to explain that I will treat your house with the utmost respect , I have plenty of experience working within people's homes and understand the stress it can cause,I will protect all vulnerable surfaces tidy up and generally try to minimise any disruption within your home . The bulk of my last 7 years have been spent working for a company carrying out work on behalf of insurance companies. My duties here as well as plastering included initial site visits to explain the process of works to the homeowner , investigation work to drains and foundations ,opening up inspection holes ,brickwork, carpentry, painting and decorating, roofing ,tiling draftproofing ,levelling floors , fitting and clearing gutters and much much more. Firstly, the new composite decking was done extremely well by Alf and his team. Great communication from him and cannot fault anything thing him or his team did. But, since the decking was done there have now been two occasions that one of the decking lights have failed. 1st defect was a wiring issue which was resolved by the electrician Conor, the current fault has now been resolved.
