James replied relatively swiftly. After assessing the job, James was able to start at a mutually convenient date. We were concerned that we'd have a potential issue in matching our mortar colour-shade but James put our minds at rest and surpassed our expectations. We've since called him back to do another job for us, which he did exceptionally well too. We'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him. We struggled to find a reliable tradesperson, receiving quotes ranging from unreasonably low to excessively high. Simon, was exceptional. He visited our garden, assessed its condition, and gave a fair and reasonable quote. Work started on schedule, and Simon's team brought tools the day before. Came the next day and fixed the leak for me. Done a thorough job and also cleared out the gutters for no additional cost. I am very happy with the service and also sent me photo updates throughout. Would highly recommend.

Reliable, friendly, and quality individual. The work was done within a few hours and it was completed to a high standard. We were given advice and guidance for upkeep and treatment. Simon did a great job for me on my flooring/ skirting and tiling. There were some unexpected costs as i needed more jobs doing and other bits which simon recommended but all was doing in a great way. I would use simon again and will recommend him to others.

Hi, we recently had Florin and his team do some work on my Mum’s garden. He has done an incredible job and we are so pleased with his work. IA home improvements were very helpful and well priced. They turned up early and started work immediately. The concrete slab was poured on the same day after breaking out the old concrete. Unfortunately, it rained late in the afternoon and the slab started to get pit marks so I contacted IA and he was back a few hours later to smooth the slab out again. Very happy with the service and I would definitely use them again.

Stanley & his team originally came on board to build us a new rear extension which would house our kitchen as well as fit a new bathroom but as the project developed it ended up being near enough an entire house renovation and we're thrilled with the results. We still have work we would like to do to the outside of the house as well as a loft conversion and when we have enough money to take on those projects, we would definitely re-hire Stanley and his team. Highly recommend Stanley & his team.
