I am a loss assessor, presently settling claims and then project managing the restoration works to properties affected by flood, storm, burst water pipe, malicious damage by tenants, impact or other damage to homes or commercial premises. I can then project manage the restoration or repair works for you, no matter how big or small. There is no charge to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray claims management service I offer, provided that I can appoint and project manage the contractors who carry out the repair works, as Aspray is paid by the insurance company for any repair or reinstatement works my contractors complete. After a year of unlucky experiences with very poor builders to build a porch, Darren offered to finish the job for a very reasonable price, and did not request money in advance. The job took two extra days, but the cost stayed the same. The final result was well worth the hassle. He worked alone, completing all the jobs I requested. He advised on the final painting that I wanted to do myself. He is a very nice and conscientious guy. I definitely recommend him.

I've got liability insurance in place my plumber is gas safe certified and my electrician is napit certified.

Great job, done to a very professional standard. The lads always turned up on time and were able to help with some unforeseen issues caused by a damp wall and flooring. The original job was for a kitchen refit but they were able to help us with all the other problems with no extra hands required.
