Great guys, very honest and reliable, hard working and tidy. Flexible to suit the job. Couple of quite slow days to begin with while they worked out best approach to the job, but they sorted problems rapidly thereafter, spoke to us daily about what they we're up to and plans for days ahead and kept to the quote they provided, even though there was in the end quite a lot more work than they were expecting! Really very happy with end result, will happily recommend them and use again in future!

James responded promptly to my enquiry and advised that the post could be repaired but that he would need to find bricks to match the original post. The price eventually quoted was deemed fair for the job. Given the age of the original post and therefore the weathered state of the brickwork, the finished repair looks great, the quality of the bricklaying and match of the bricks is just fine. I can thoroughly recommend James and would be happy to employ him in the future. Thanks James

For over 30 years I have been in the construction industry in commercial and none commercial. I have many years experience in all kinds of extensions, single, double, garage conversions, one off houses, garden walls. So if you looking for any kind of building works, please ring for a quotation. I have uploaded just a few pictures of recent works completed . I have public liability NVQ level three in Bricklaying The contractors are use the electrics and gas or certificate based. I have an architect and structural engineer I have used for 20 plus years so drawings/plans and calculations are not a problem. I have dealt with many building inspectors/ control and have a good relationship with them’. If you would like references from previous employers/ customers this is not a problem. Paints & Ladders with DDE Construction was hired to do a garage conversion. I chose them as they were the only company that offered an end to end service (i.e. design, council application, build,and paint) as I am extremely busy. They excelled in client relationship, as they took me through all the stages of the development their design really focused on what was important to my family. I would really recommend them as they take pride in their work and always conduct themselves in a professional manner.
