Emmanuel visited my property to inspect a damp issue in the rear bedroom, explained to me what needed to be done to resolve it. We agreed on the price and how the work would be carried out, and I must admit, the tenants were very pleased with work and the outcome of the rooms. Matthew accepted to paint my front and garage doors at short notice in October when others had refused because of cold weather. He came and worked through the day, sanding and painting the frames, sanding and painting the doors and even adding a lick of varnish to my front step. Knocked a star off just because the oil paint on the inside of the frames didn’t quite dry properly, although it’s still OK. Overall, I’m very happy.
