Great to deal with, works to find solutions and provides regular updates on progress. Although we encountered unforeseen circumstances during our refurbishment work TF managed the situation well and helped us to get to the right solution whilst keeping costs under control. The personalised service provided by TF (Build block) makes all the difference. Honestly felt as though our interests were always a priority, and TF was working / managing the work to ensure we got what we wanted. Absolutely recommended !

We hired Marshall’s to remove an old corrugated roof from our conservatory and replace with a new Polycarbonate roof. Jamie, Mick and Dylan have completed the work and have done a fantastic job. They listened to me and completed the work I asked for rather than trying to talk the job up at extra cost. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. Dave is hard working, very reliable and very professional. He discussed any changes from my original plan he thought would improve things but never forced his ideas, always embracing compromise. My wife and I are extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend Dave to anyone who wants an honest builder who gives a first rate job.

I am really pleased with every aspect of John's work. From start to finish he has been professional, honest and approachable. I had a few quotes for my job and picked John as he seemed the most competent and was happy to talk through all the options. He also came in at a very competitive rate which helps! He always arrived on time and insisted of clearing away each night. All of his team also worked to a high standard. My job had it's challenges but John has the experience and skills to overcome anything!
