As with all building/repair work (especially on an old house) there were some teething problems, but Kevin listened and dealt with everything we discussed. When Stephen came out he gave me expert advice and tips on what I should use in terms of adhesive, grout and trim. He was the only tradesman to measure the area I wanted tiled which was reassuring from the start and I made an instant decision to use him for my job. He turned up on time and did a brilliant job.
