Paul has been absolutely brilliant! He has transformed our garage to a lovely bedroom and created a new shower room between the house and garage for my mother in law - 5 weeks and just a bit of touching up to complete the work. His pricing has been fair and his work is definately up to scratch. Very tidy and a pleasure to have araound the house - I have no hesitation in recommending him for other tasks.

Excellent precise and very gifted. Costs are very reasonable. This man is full of fun and enthusiasm. A top class job done on. Covering an old 1930 type fireplace. Also built an outdoor wood store which is top class and brilliantly built. Also headed a complete doors set in my hallway. Excellent work and would highly recommend..his work is outstanding top class.

SMK & Son responded to my call for a badly leaking roof, immediately. It turned out to be very serious and in the end they replaced the whole roof in awful weather. They organised everything very professionally. Cannot fault them. HIGHLY recommended. Do not hesitate to use them.

I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. Marius was outstanding in every respect. We recently bought a house that had engineered oak wood flooring that has been stained in a dark tone. Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. Marius was thorough, professional and an expert at his trade. He was easy, pleasant to have around and explained the whole process from the start. He delivered on time and was great value.

Although Neil has discussed the job, I haven't heard from him since and he never gave me a quote or replied to the message. Do not recommend him as he's unreliable.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Simon completed the work as we agreed on time, price as quoted and cleared the site. The only thing I had to do was wash down the site which I expected to do. I would recommend Simon to carry out any water supply work. Paul W.

Thomas was very polite, straightforward and clear about what he was going to do. He let me know how he was going to do the job and when. I would definitely ask him to do further jobs for me in the future.

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
