William and his team were truly exceptional. Initially hired for a minor task, the project expanded to a full exterior overhaul of our Victorian home. Thanks Roman from Cotelco Tiling for dropping by to sort out our small tile replacement job (kitchen floor). He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Thanks to his professional experience and finesse the difference is only visible if when really closely looking for it. Roman did a fantastic job indeed. Highly recommend him.

Liam was a really nice guy he hung 5 doors and replaced all the skirting in 3 of our bedrooms. The work was carried out to a good standard. Liam was asked to have a look at our creaking stairs while he was there and was kind enough to fix this at the same time free of charge. Liam's number has been saved in my phone and he will be my first call should I need any form of joinery in the near future. Also left the place nice and tidy finished on time. wonderful locksmith, very knowledgeable. If you are worried about the lack of reviews, do have a listen to what he has to say first then make a decision based on that. It was what lead us to being happy to hire Tim. He did exactly what he was hired to do and gave advice on other areas of house maintenance. Very very fair in price, I would even say it is a good deal. Thank you so much for helping us out :) would hire again.
