Took their time to look in loft to make sure felt didn’t need replacing after identifying lots of cracked tiles once on the roof. Provided photo evidence and gave us a price for replacing them. The work I required, boundary fencing in 4 different styles, plus driveway gates, look really good; the materials are good quality and are fitted to a high standard. The price went higher, due to my estimate being on the low side for the size of garden, but with adjustments for less expensive driveway gates, etc. the overall cost was negotiated and acceptable. Dean (& Winston) arrived on time and set about the job as soon as 'they' arrived on site. Dean does take photos and videos to show what needs doing and the results of his labours. Thankfully, he also pointed out that one of my other chimneys was about to fall off the roof so he quickly made a repair while he was up there.
