Lee came and did a painting job for me. He was punctual, polite and did a great job. He had planned to do the job in one day but because of problems outside his control (paint not drying because of the temperature and painting on an outside wall) he came back and finished it the next day at no extra cost. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved.
