Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. He had planned to do the job in one day but because of problems outside his control (paint not drying because of the temperature and painting on an outside wall) he came back and finished it the next day at no extra cost.
