He had a problem with the parts he used and he came straight back to us again and again until in the end he changed the parts completely. Good quality work despite a few days when things wasn't quite as easy as we thought it would be. Flexible for some extra work to be added as the job progressed. Would have been nice to see receipts for materials bought and used. However, would recommend.

I had a problem with my roof leaking and it wasn’t a straight forward fix, the problem was misdiagnosed by 3 other roofing companies before John came and had a look and correctly told me what the issue was. As far as the company goes I cannot fault it, he was in constant communication with me throughout the whole job, work was started and finished really quickly and the site was left as clean as it was before he started. Also he was very competitively priced. Would use again and would recommend to anyone.

Mark and Aaron did a great job. The garden was like a swamp before they started, they had sub zero temperatures, ice, snow and frozen turf to deal with but it was finished to a high standard and on time, they cleared everything up after they had finished and took all the rubbish away. We had a log burning stove fitted. Nick was very helpful from the the beginning. He explained what needed to be done and gave us a very good price for the job. They came and worked through the day while we were at work and when we got home they had left the room very tidy and with only a small amount of dust to wipe away. A reasonable quote was given very quickly for a fencing job. The chap I spoke to on the phone beforehand and met on the day of the job (Simon) was polite, knowledgeable and pragmatic. He and a colleague erected the 5 6x6 fence panels and posts without fuss and to a high standard, despite some difficulties inherent in the job. Would definitely recommend and would use again.
