He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. Couple of quite slow days to begin with while they worked out best approach to the job, but they sorted problems rapidly thereafter, spoke to us daily about what they we're up to and plans for days ahead and kept to the quote they provided, even though there was in the end quite a lot more work than they were expecting!
