We had 25 fence panels including concrete posts and gravel boards fitted.The work was completed within the timescale indicated on the quotation and started on time. Andy communicated well via emails and telephone calls during the quotation period and was happy to re-quote on two occasions when we changed our specification of fence. We will be recommending them to our neighbours and friends . Very pleased with the quality and service. Excellent value for money.

Job posted - 2 x double garage- 10 meters x 7 meters, Shed 5.5meters x 3.6 meters, Green house base 12ft x 8 ft. use of mixed pack bricks ration 5:4:2. Turned up on time, meet the timings of the job requirement, workmanship of good standard, buildings looks fantastic, flexible in design changes, communication great, supported the building process. I will be having this team come back and work for me on the re-modelling of our house. I have found my brick layers for the future.

Norfolk Premium Driveways completed the renovation of our drive to a great standard. Joe was always on hand to answer any questions and sent us daily updates of progress of the job as we were on holiday when he completed it. David was excellent. Communication superb, always replied to emails and texts very promptly. Excellent tiling. Flexible, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.

I had a leaky gutter from poor workmanship by a previous company and I contacted Joe via Rated People. He was quick to respond with a quote and was able to fit the job in, in a reasonable time span. He worked on a really cold day replacing the defective gutter with a more suitable product. He also replace the felt on our garage roof and added decorative edgings to tidy up the look of the property. He was efficient and tidy removing all the rubbish. I would highly recommend him and use again.

They were hired to cut down an oak tree in my garden. They got the job done quite quickly and left the garden in a tidy state when they had finished. I would be quite happy to hire them again.
