Kris & his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with on our kitchen extension project over the last few months. They have been professional and friendly, with a great attention to detail. Fantastic service - a visit arranged within 2 days of the initial phone call, and the job started within 2 weeks. Excellent advice, very thorough and nothing is too much trouble. I have a beautiful new patio thanks to Pete & John & my lawn has been levelled & grass seeded. The guys worked really hard, arrived when the said they would & left things tidy every day. They're a happy, friendly pair & brilliant at what they do. I can't rate them highly enough & would definitely recommend Lawnswood Landscaping & will be doing exactly that!

Had leak on a very rainy day and John was out the same day. He gave me a fair quote and was back the next day as promised and did a good job. Showing pictures of what the problem was and pictures of the finished work would recommend them.

Worked very hard in less than favourable weather. When problems arose, trees in the way,tree stumps happy to work to resolve. Cleared up each day and at the end of job taking rubbish away. I would certainly recommend him.

Brilliant work, great guys, we are so pleased with the whole process which we understand is unusual at the end of a large loft conversion project! Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. Would recommend their services and will definitely use again. Many thanks

Excellent job: good advice and discussion in advance of starting work to get a clear picture of what I wanted, as well as updates while I was travelling and busy with my own work; they kept to their timetable and brief, and even came up with a supplementary suggestion (resurfacing my drive) which has set the whole garden improvements off to perfection. Plus, they dealt with difficult set-backs - some damage to the fencing - with remarkable aplomb and helpfulness. Highly recommended!

We used J D property maintenance to put in a block paved driveway. They were extremely efficient, good value and very reliable, all of these factors have led to it being an excellent job very well done. I would have no hesitation in recommending them
