I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. The job was completed as agreed. There was an initial misunderstanding about the items listed—specifically a sofa and an armchair—but once I showed the listing details, the team promptly removed them without issue. They did request an additional £20, but I declined as the original quote clearly reflected the job scope, and they respected that. Overall, the service was carried out efficiently.

IA home improvements were very helpful and well priced. They turned up early and started work immediately. The concrete slab was poured on the same day after breaking out the old concrete. Unfortunately, it rained late in the afternoon and the slab started to get pit marks so I contacted IA and he was back a few hours later to smooth the slab out again. Very happy with the service and I would definitely use them again.
