They did a great job at taking my garden waste, although the original quote was lower than the quote they gave me after inspecting the task, they quoted before the job but failed to inform it didn't include VAT, which knocked the quoted price up by 20%. Would've been 5 stars if they were clearer with the price. However I cannot fault the work, and it needed to be done.

Ali only shows to deliver materials or check work. Quick to reply when wanting the job. Slow/no response once job starts thinking you wont cancel. I posted photos of my job and recieved a quote via text straight away. When I made contact to book the job they came the following day at the agreed time and the guy that came was fantastic. I was able to leave him to it while I carried on sorting through in the house. I only had to assist with the slightly heavier items which was my choice I even helped the guy out at the end as he had done a fantastic job by himself up to that point.
