But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. Ryan and his assistant were lovely. Ryan was very flexible when the job changed slightly. There were some awkward and heavy removals which Ryan dealt with carefully and everything was completed to my satisfaction. Would recommend.

Had Ryan and his team do some repointing and rebuilding of two old chimneys on a Victorian property as well as refitting a Velux window. Great bunch of lads who did a great job. I can't comment on the any work carried out but we had him booked in to attend, he did not turn up on the day and when I messaged him I had no reply, not very happy as I took time out of work.
