Working outside in the commercial maintenance industry I learned a huge amount about the work and all the different areas of work there are. I’ve learned the work from starting at the bottom and rising to the top, I’ve taken on more challenging roles such as being a supervisor but I always love to get involved in the work. In every job challenges can arise. Working outside in the great British weather can be a challenge in itself especially as you never know what Mother Nature is going to throw at you.
