Alex and his coworker from C&P General Construction Ltd did an exceptional job repairing and repainting my front door, 7 door frames and most of the skirting boards around my flat. They both are very friendly and are very good at being neat and paying close attention to detail. The condensation tank was not checked you said if there was water it would not operate . Not true. No checks for Co above boiler was a miserable service which provided no reassurance wasnt worth £108 be honest you know it wasn’t

Ivan has exceeded all expectations on the repointing of our house. He turned up at 8.00am every day untill the job was finished. He cleaned up every night before he left so his area was spotless. Also my next door neighbour was so impressed he hired him to do the same job on his house which has lead to two more jobs on our street. He better hurry because I want him back working for me on other jobs. A true find, hardworking, polite and above all he has an extreame level off pride in what he does.

Ben and Jonnie are great lads, who conduct themselves professionally, and are very knowledgeable about their trade. Their estimate for materials was spot on, their communication leading up to the job was helpful, and most importantly the finish on the bricklaying is superb. They work quickly but precisely, it was a pleasure to work with such enthusiastic professionals. I would like these guys to work for me again on my next project.

Excellent work on cleaning 2/3 of my roof in 2022. However, he was unable to clean the last 1/3 because of the importance of another job - and my job had taken longer than estimated. We agreed that he would complete the last 1/3 no later than May 31st 2023. In spite of at least 4 attempts to communicate with him (emails and an internal Rated People message) prior to the end of May, I have had no response from him. Hence the rating.
