Gareth from GSD Carpentry was very professional from start to finish. He responded very quickly to my post on ratedpeople.com and then was very prompt in being able to come round to my flat and quote for the job. We are very happy with polelectric we had our bungalow re-wired by mirek and his team, the price was quoted and it was the price I paid, the work was completed to a good standard, the workers were on time and turned up every day for 5 days, they were all polite and professional. I would use them again and have already recommended them to my brother in law.,

Wayne Reardon is a very polite, considerate and accomplished tradesman. He listened to us during the entire process of quoting right up to the end of the job. The transformation that he has made happen is exactly what we had wanted. Wayne treated us and our home with respect and kindness. Graham from start to finish carries out a very efficient and professional job. Popped out to quote and explain the work that needed to be done and then carried out the work in good time. Worktop was transformed back to new and looks stunning. Graham protected all surfaces throughout to avoid any damage and dust and tidied up perfectly afterwards. A fantastic job. Nice guy too!

Have not decided whether to go ahead with our building works yet, but had to rate Craig's professionalism and help in advising on our damp walls and providing a quote that meets our needs should we decide to proceed at a later date.

We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. A huge thank you, now our 1st choice.

Chris contacted as quickly and came the same day to visit for a quote and to give advice on the projects we were proposing. Both the advice and the work were excellent. The job was finished when expected - there was a delay with a part but this was due to a third party - Chris managed the ordering and chasing of this and returned to finish the last section of the job promptly.
