George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.

Wayne undertook the construction of a single storey, ground floor extension for us in Exeter. Our architects design & subsequent structural engineers specification, wasn't without complications & I think everyone did a little head scratching! Nevertheless, Wayne & his team found solutions. They had to deal with delays in the steel production, some atrocious weather and lots of questions from us, but never complained! As a consequence, Wayne will be landscaping our garden too!

Employed S G Maintenance to re-fit a laminate floor in hallway and kitchen that had been damaged due to a flood. Is a pleasant and well mannered person. Worked very quickly. Very clean and disposed of all rubbish. Good value service. Had a problem, S G Maintenance came back and put it right immediately without any delays or arguments. I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. Did the actual work in just over a week - very impressive! Good quality job and exactly what we asked for. Gave us advice on future upkeep to keep it dry.
