Since the company was established in 2011, we have successfully completed a number of large-scale property refurbishments for clients, and in between these we have undertaken a wide range of smaller domestic building jobs such as kitchen and bathroom fitting. The company is led by Malcolm West, who has gained a wealth of experience in building since 2004, and has specialised in Carpentry since 2009. At West Renovate & Refurbish we pride ourselves on high quality, well thought-out work - doing what is needed to finish the job to a high standard, without adding un-needed extras. Malcolm and Ellis have been amazing, Having started to lose the will to live with countless unreliable and un-contactable builders that promised everything but delivered nothing, Malcolm has come through and done everything he said he would, communicated everything throughout the entire job and came back to me whenever I had questions. I was very satisfied with the results of VFurb's external renovation and decoration work, which took 3 weeks in total, extended due to rain. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.

What can I say. Darrell is amazing. The workmanship is beyond perfect. Darrell listens to what you want and carries out the job to the highest quality and finish. My boiler has never looked so good. The pipework is beautiful. when british gas put it in I had pipes left right and centre all higgeldy piggledy. Darrell has straightened them up neatly. Thank you Darrell. Brilliant job well done.

My career in roofing began in 1978, predominately on new build developments. In 1987, although continuing with the new builds, I began to branch out into domestic roofing. This included re-roofs, extensions, repairs and leak investigation. Alongside this, in 2010 I took a Contracts Manager position with a national roofing company, In this role I am responsible for the labour and materials required for various developments in the South East. It is also part of my role to oversee the customer service team. My contacts within the industry enable me to obtain very competitive prices on materials.
