George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. £5K paid and no bathroom! After initial meeting saying he will squeeze me in, I was left with NO bathroom and £5K out of pocket! I agreed to a £10,400 bathroom, escalated quickly to £13,400 after ripping my old bathroom. 4 boarded walls, a few pipes and 1 electric cable coming out the ceiling, this was apparently the first fix done! He walked off after I only paid £1.5K of the last £2.5K he asked for and sent a text to say he would not be back! An assessment of work was carried out by trades in evidence.

Great service from Martin, come to my house on a Sunday & gave me a very reasonable quote to paint all exterior woodwork on the house plus two garage doors and also clean the gutters. He said it would be done by the end of October weather permitting and that he did sent out three very friendly painters for two days, job done and dusted would fully recommend. Brendan and team did an excellent job! He also made sure we were happy at different stages of the garden makeover!
