We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. A huge thank you, now our 1st choice.

He responded very quickly to my post on ratedpeople.com and then was very prompt in being able to come round to my flat and quote for the job. Phil is an excellent tradesman - we had him replace some skirting boards, door frames and picture rails in 2 rooms. He was very reliable, reasonably priced and worked to our budget, his craftsmanship was very good, he was a quick (and tidy) worker, and he gave us plenty of extra advice and tips for other rooms. Additionally, he went out of his way to help us arrange getting some door restored by one of his contacts. Would thoroughly recommend and have saved his details for use in the future! Thanks Phil!

Have not decided whether to go ahead with our building works yet, but had to rate Craig's professionalism and help in advising on our damp walls and providing a quote that meets our needs should we decide to proceed at a later date.

Very tidy and efficient guys. Only downsides - I selected "less than £250" cost bracket and it was assumed that I was happy to pay £250 for re-using existing parts and a couple of hours labour - rather than give me a quote. Didn't fix fault first time, but did return at no extra cost to complete.

Extremely happy with the attitude, quality of work, price, and cleanliness during my small project. I would give these guys a chance to impress you. At first I was hesitant due to the young age. But decided to give the boys a chance and I wasn't disappointed. I will be using JP landscaping again in the future and I recommend you do to.
