George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Avoid this company. Have mould in my roof as a result of the extractor fan being connected to nothing in the loft and water just collecting up there in a random tube. All bedrooms upstairs developing mould as a result. Corners were cut. Robert was asked to return and look at the damage to which he said he was too busy and would come the next morning at 9.30am has failed to show up at all. AVOID.

The guy come to see the tree, give me a price but never come back to do the job. Call couple of times, message him, said will come next day but didn't come. After 2 weeks send me a message if still I want to cut the tree, job was done with other company.
I accepted an offer for building work. PT Solutions did not turn up to carry out the work neither did they give any reason for this.
Craig was prompt in replying to my online request and was out the next day to Quote. He was very competitive, honest and helped me understand the technical stuff I really had limited knowledge of. He has secured further small works on my property and I would have no hesitation to recommend him.
