insisted on sealing around conservatory roof with silcone sealant instead of fitting flashing even after repeatedly asking for flashing to be fitted, when roof inevitably leaked would not return to rectify and not returning phone calls/texts

I am very pleased with the service I received from this company. Leanne was great on the other end of the phone: helpful & willing to provide info & updates throughout the process. Fabian, the young plumber, was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, courteous & respectful. He also worked diligently & got our new shower up & running without any issues. I would definitely use them again & only deducted a star because Fabian arrived 2.5 hours after the agreed slot, making things a bit tricky for me

Hello, I recently had bespoke wardrobes made and fitted for me by Craig and Co. The materials used were top quality and the cost of the project was excellent value for money. Craig explained clearly what the process was to achieve the desired result from start to finish. The majority of the work was done offsite meaning minimal disruption caused. J&m roofing ltd did a fantastic job on my roof. There was no messing around and no stress. We had roof lead taken from our property. We asked for a different material to replace it. Richard was most accommodating and did some research towards that, and we were happy with the quote. Especially as it was short notice and over a bank holiday weekend. Really appreciate the work they did, which took longer than perhaps expected, working around the weather needing to be dry. Really good job, and tidied each day before leaving. Definitely would use again, and recommend confidently.
