Good job done, no mention of extra charge despite job taking longer than anticipated. Cleaned up after himself and stayed until 7.20 to get the job done same day. Came a day later than initially agreed but wasn't a problem at our end and he gave me a text to let me know well in advance that he had been delayed at a previous job.

Great level of quality on finished work. That includes the decking, paving and raised beds. There was some uncertainty in starting date due to the weather issues going on but was worth the wait.

As a disabled pensioner I was unable to keep up the maintenance on my garden which was overgrown. Was very impressed with Albert, he was friendly and reliable, and did a good job including cutting back and removing some shrubs and taking away the waste. The building work that D and A Services conducted on my behalf was satisfactory and the people themselves were helpful doing additional bits of work that required attention and buying my choice of paint. However I was very disappointed with the quality of the paintwork that finished off the project. Particularly as I had specified that only professional tradesmen should apply. It was apparent that painting is not within their skill set and I now have had to hire professional painters to put things right.
