Finding a decent company is like breathing fresh air. Leading up to the job, communication was excellent. Theo answered all the questions I needed to build that initial trust. It was potentially going to be a messy Job, but Theo was thoughtful in coming up with a solution to minimise the level of dust we would have had to spend days cleaning up afterwards. Experienced gardener/landscaper. Qualified in using chainsaw and spraying. I have my own petrol chainsaw, trimmer, strummer, and lawnmower (all stihl). I have my own 8 x 4 trailer so can take any garden materials away. Very competitive on price.
A reasonable quote was given very quickly for a fencing job. The chap I spoke to on the phone beforehand and met on the day of the job (Simon) was polite, knowledgeable and pragmatic. He and a colleague erected the 5 6x6 fence panels and posts without fuss and to a high standard, despite some difficulties inherent in the job. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

William kept his word and arrived at my address as agreed. despite me not being at home he assessed the damage, called me and we agreed for the job to be carried out. He did not only put back in place the missing tile, but also repaired the roof edges where the cements were missing.
Durham Driveways arrived on time as expected. The job involved excavating and replacing a broken/ blocked drain 6M in length. The job was satisfactorily completed within half a day and the site left in a tidy condition with all unwanted materials removed from site.
I am really please with the qualiy of the work that Andy and his team put into the landscaping of my garden. They listened to what I wanted and offered some useful enhancements. They were always friendly and left things pretty tidy at the end of each day. The additional bits I wanted added to the cost but thats to be expected (it was itemised) and it did improve on the overall apperance of the job. Most days they arrived as schedulled. Overall I am very pleased with the work and would use them again.
