I was contacted by Jim and he offered to come out the same day to price the job. He arrived, listened to what I wanted and gave me a very good price for the job . He turned up on time to do the job, and even suggesting that something I suggested could be done differently, and he was right. He even provided some sleepers to improve the job, and didn’t charge any extra . Job was completed and the patio looks fabulous. We are more than pleased with his work and his mate Cam. Spartan Construction is a new Business formed by an experienced workforce. We cover North West England but focus mainly in Lancashire and Cumbria.
Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

Turned up and worked hard, sometimes in really bad weather. Removed years of undergrowth and left us with a garden that will be a lot easier to maintain. Left everything clean and tidy.Really friendly team who worked around our holidays to leave us with a good lawn.
