Thomas from Permabond Driveways came to give my mum a quote for a new patio and landscaping in my mum's garden. He was professional and friendly and went through different ideas in detail with with us and eventually gave us a good detailed quote. It was so close his company and another in the end, but my mother decided to go with the other contractor. As a disabled pensioner I was unable to keep up the maintenance on my garden which was overgrown. Was very impressed with Albert, he was friendly and reliable, and did a good job including cutting back and removing some shrubs and taking away the waste. The garden looks much tidier and easier to manage now.

Good job done, no mention of extra charge despite job taking longer than anticipated. Cleaned up after himself and stayed until 7.20 to get the job done same day. Came a day later than initially agreed but wasn't a problem at our end and he gave me a text to let me know well in advance that he had been delayed at a previous job.
