Totally satisfactory! Jakub was helpful, friendly and professional. Came and quoted for the job, ordered the materials needed and then came back to finish it Excellent work, I can recommended him without any hesitation!.
He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.
A considerate, tidy, pleasant and hard worker. The standard of his work was high, we are very happy with the results. We would be more than happy to ask him to carry out any further work in the future.

Excellent job from Joe and Andreas! They were very prompt, reliable and Joe advised if they were going to be delayed. Unlike a few other trades people I contacted for quotes who either did not respond or didnt keep the appointments we made. Joe and Andreas were able to do the work the very next day, their quote was a very reasonable price for the work and they were clean, tidy and very quick workers. Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again.
