Been in the trade since 1978, cover all aspects of roofing,leadwork,zinc,single ply membranes,upvc fascias and gutters, done some prestigeous jobs in my carer including the British Libriary at kings cross and the Queens Chapel at St James park,London and various other contracts large and small, i am a holder of a CSCS card with qualifications stated, for 12 years i worked for a company as a contracts manager so i have done both sides of my trade including quoting,and invoicing on jobs to the value of 200k. My knowledge of roofing is second to none and would always try to save the customer money,and you can only do that with experiance even on smaller jobs as well as the largest ones. Andy was very polite, and turned up when he said he would ! My job turned out to be a bit more than i thought it was (my fault) but Andy still completed it with no fuss. He cleaned up and left everything neat and tidy. Definitely recommended.

Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.

Offered to come straight away as we had a real emergency (which was after 10pm) we declined him at that time of the evening, but they turned up the next day to look at the issue. They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Was quoted a higher price for the job to be done, promised the job will be guararanted and as I was worried about the leak could get worse especially with the weather forecast getting worse and the bank holiday weekend, I had no choice but to agree for the job to be carried out. After completing the job I paid part cash and part bank transfer. I was promised an invoice a d guarantee by email. Despite contacting them I haven't received the written guarantee nor the invoice for the job not even a reply!
