Patrick and team are highly professional and gave an excellent finishing work with an elegant look and feel, created new single hard-stand driveway, with Retaining walls and beautiful paving across. As I do not had any knowledge around requirements from highways and condition from planning on requirements like gradient on slop for new driveway, Retaining walls, Patrick explained and took the driveway work from scratch to finish plus he is also going to complete wo with dropping the kerb. We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. My career in roofing began in 1978, predominately on new build developments. In 1987, although continuing with the new builds, I began to branch out into domestic roofing. This included re-roofs, extensions, repairs and leak investigation. Alongside this, in 2010 I took a Contracts Manager position with a national roofing company, In this role I am responsible for the labour and materials required for various developments in the South East. It is also part of my role to oversee the customer service team. My contacts within the industry enable me to obtain very competitive prices on materials.
