My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. High quality and impeccable workmanship are key values to me and ensuring the client is satisfied and more with the work they are receiving. I have decided to further expand and diversify my business reaches and so my rated people account is new, however my experience in the industry is far from that. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Above all I am very friendly, well spoken and always keen to deliver what is asked of me.

Been in the trade since 1978, cover all aspects of roofing,leadwork,zinc,single ply membranes,upvc fascias and gutters, done some prestigeous jobs in my carer including the British Libriary at kings cross and the Queens Chapel at St James park,London and various other contracts large and small, i am a holder of a CSCS card with qualifications stated, for 12 years i worked for a company as a contracts manager so i have done both sides of my trade including quoting,and invoicing on jobs to the value of 200k. My knowledge of roofing is second to none and would always try to save the customer money,and you can only do that with experiance even on smaller jobs as well as the largest ones. Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.
