This guy standards is very poor for vinyl I would avoid at all costs, he has no skill in vinyl and he insisted I paid in advance, if I see this man again I will.prpnanly go to jail!
They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Martin was quick to make contact with me and arrange a time to quote. He came to my house with his wife and they were able to give me really good advice and a quote on the spot which was appreciated. I didn't use Martin on this occasion more due to my own timings then anything else but would certainly look to contact him in the future for any other jobs required.

I had a good, written quotation, to which they kept and which was not at all unreasonable. Engagement with Incompetent Lairs would be my way of describing my experience. Hiring Kevin and his team has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had on Rated. He completed the roofing task assigned and gave a 7 year warranty. But there was a significant leak the very next day when it rained. I have called severally for the leaks to be repaired based on the warranty but my calls and messages have been ignored.

The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.
