Quick and efficient. When they arrived, they got straight onto the roof to investigate the issue, explained the problem to me, and gave me a good price. We then agreed to the work straight away, and within 1 hour they had gone to get what they needed for the job, and returned to complete the repair. The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!
