Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Guys who carried out the work very polite and discussed what they were doing if anything needed consulting on to make sure I was happy.

Alton Services built a 2-storey extension for us and we were so delighted with their work they went on to refurbish our bathroom, completely refurbish my mother's new home and build a conservatory. Anthony quickly completed the task and immediately called to urge me for feedback. He verbally promised to send me the invoice that evening, and at the time, I gave him a good review. However, I have yet to receive the invoice and receipt despite multiple reminders via WhatsApp and email, to which he has not responded. That is why I change my review.

Adrian is unfortunately a very dishonest and unreliable person. He viewed the job, agreed the price, took a whole day to board a small ceiling and start one of the 5 door linings. i trusted and paid the lion share of the job, wrong decision i guess, as this is what followed, he assured me he would come back the following Saturday, but then the excuses started to flow, my boss has asked me to work, its my anniversary etc... No show on the next Sat either, has blocked my number also? AVOID at all costs

Liam came to sort my leaking roof on 1/11/19. Claimed there was more loose tiles on roof and charged me extra to put all of them in place- no pictures provided to prove this, like what other roofers do. Didn’t give me a receipt and promised to email this together with a 5 year guarantee he promised me for paying xtra. He ignored my texts and has now blocked my number. I’d never use him again and not I’m not even sure he even fixed the leak. Unprofessional, disgusting and don’t recommend. Wasted my £200.

Poor service after work was done. Have asked several times for confirmation of payment and a receipt for the work done. Was told by one employee that guttering repairs were not guaranteed, even though it says that all work is guaranteed on their website. Won't be using them again.
