William and dean done a amazing job with leveling and preparing a foundation base for my log cabin! Reasonably priced for labour and materials, friendly and helpful. Good communication and prompt. I Was initially contacted on friday, visited & quoted on the Sunday and the job was done on tuesday. Definitely calling again for other jobs.

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of Steve from Essex roofing. He and all that attended with him were hardworking, reliable, polite and courteous. Steve attended when he said he would and provided a competitive prompt quote. On the date work was to begin Steve attended promptly with a colleague. I explained that a neighbour's.office adjoined the roof they would be working on and both men worked considerately. I am really pleased with my new roof and it is worth every penny. Thank you.

Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Been in the trade since 1978, cover all aspects of roofing,leadwork,zinc,single ply membranes,upvc fascias and gutters, done some prestigeous jobs in my carer including the British Libriary at kings cross and the Queens Chapel at St James park,London and various other contracts large and small, i am a holder of a CSCS card with qualifications stated, for 12 years i worked for a company as a contracts manager so i have done both sides of my trade including quoting,and invoicing on jobs to the value of 200k. My knowledge of roofing is second to none and would always try to save the customer money,and you can only do that with experiance even on smaller jobs as well as the largest ones. Dillon was the last person to quote and despite being the youngest, he immediately inspired confidence by his courteous and friendly manner. I had no hesitation in giving him the work and he did not disappoint me. He worked diligently, kept me informed at all times, did not make any fuss about any issues he encountered, did not ask for payment upfront, tidied up after the work and did the work to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dillon and would gladly use him again.
