PVGO Services built us the most wonderful deck and pergola of superb quality. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail cannot be faulted. Paul and Adam are unfailingly reliable and just the nicest guys you could hope to meet. Nothing was too much trouble, and they suggested finishes and touches that we would never have thought of. We look forward to many years of use from our beautifully crafted structure, which is worth every penny (and more - their prices are VERY fair). Thanks so much, guys!

Came to look. Quoted a price. Talked about timing to do job. Said he’d send an email quote via rated people. Nothing! No further comment. No contact. Not replied to my email asking what’s happening. Suggest avoid at all costs….

Josh and Dale were fantastic! They've built us an amazing patio. Beautiful workmanship, very courteous, value for money and best of all, they listened to us. They genuinely wanted us to be happy and did everything we asked. They went the extra mile on our job and if if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We found John Marshall to be excellent. He was very professional, expert in knowledge and didn’t waste any time fixing the problem. He didn’t was any time and was fair in his charge. We took advantage of his excellent work and had him give us a new felt roof that was also needed. Top man!

The guys negotiaited a sensible price, turned on time, at short notice, for a large and urgent garden landscaping job and completed the job well within time (as they brought in extra man-power). Very impressed. Tidyied up after them selves and completed all I asked for.I will be using them again.

Alex was very straight forward and easy to deal with. He was also recommended by my builder. He was very thorough. He took photographs of areas of concern and discussed the work with us before he went ahead. I was very happy with the work and the cost and am now confident that my roof will live another few years.

The firm quoted from photos. When they eventually turned up (missed one booking and 2 hours late for the next) the guy was on the roof for 2 mins before more than doubling the quote. We felt pressured to pay, it was very stressful. They then offered a discount for cash. We have not received a receipt or a copy of the 10 year guarantee we were promised. We paid best part of a grand for 2 hours work. Don’t be a mug like me get several quotes from reputable people.

Shocking after sales service - suggest to avoid at all costs. Spent almost 3K on various roof repairs and upgrades, one of which was adding dry verges to house and garage. Some of these blew away within 2 days and despite promising to re-fix on many occasions they have failed to follow up on thier promise and alleged 10 year gaurantee. This is shocking, especially condiering they advised it would only take 1 hr to fix. Legal action seems inevitable.
