I had a similar experience to the reviewer who posted a one-star rating. Rahman was friendly and hardworking during the job, but then proved to be completely unreliable. Over several months, he repeatedly promised to remove a large amount of timber left behind in my garden after the job, but simply failed to turn up. As I do not own a car, I now will need to pay someone to do it

My name is Akos, I am originally an architect but I have a company called Zebra Services here in the South of England including South London. Unfortunately leak that had supposedly been repaired has returned within a few months, but cannot get Ace Roofing back to revisit and inspect. Ignoring my calls is adding to the disappointment.

Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Guys who carried out the work very polite and discussed what they were doing if anything needed consulting on to make sure I was happy.
Rang within 2hrs of . posting the job. Came to quote when they said they would. Gave us a few options, agreed a price and completed the work within 3 days. Seem like a decent team. Courteous and professional. 2 of our neighbours have already booked them in as well.
