Although not the cheapest quote, the work was done promptly, the staff were courteous and very hardworking, they tidied up as they went along, and snagging issues were dealt with. Communication was very good, either by text, email or in person. A further serious issue was discovered during the time they were here, and I will be using Weatherproof services again to deal with that.

The job is not finished . The person to come Friday but he did not come and he did not even contact me to tell the reason he did not come . Even though he has not yet finished the job I have already paid him full. I also feel the job was not well done.

Ricky and his team did a fantastic job replacing our felt flat roof with Firestone rubber. His work included installing all new trims around the edge of the roof so the house looks much smarter now. After some very heavy rain the roof is performing very well. Ricky has provided us with a 20 year guarantee which gives us superb piece of mind. Absolutely atrocious. Caused so many leaks our ceiling collapsed. Doubled the price after the fact. Such awful quality we had to get the "new" roof replaced (and our neighbours'). Left the place in a complete mess. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid this so called tradesman at all costs.arranged with him to do my roof starting on 20th may.did not turn up and after trying to e.mail him phone him ignored all and still waiting on reason why? It's this type of guy that gets tradesmen a bad name so be warned do not even consider hiring this so called roofer.
